Although we would love to see all of you, we understand that this is a BIG and very expensive ask. We do not expect everyone to join us in Hawaii. However, we wanted our family/friends to know that they are welcome. We plan on having a casual reception after the wedding in Minnesota that people are welcome to join if they cannot make it. This will be on April 25th, 2026 and separate invites will be sent out.
We ask that no one attending our wedding purchase us a gift. Traveling to Hawaii to celebrate with us is already more than we would ever expect. Please put the money towards a fun activity for you to do in Hawaii.
It is up to you how long you would like to stay and when you would like to arrive/depart. The only day we will have formally scheduled for guests will be March 31st, 2026. However, smaller get togethers may also be planned if people are available. Please keep in mind that the wedding could be moved a day depending on the weather. However, this is unlikely.
Please plan on wearing formal attire for the ceremony (ex. dress, button up). Please no shorts. We have no color preferences and want guests to be comfortable as it will likely be warm.
Due to very limited space at our venue (under 30 people), we ask that only those formally invited come to the ceremony and post-wedding dinner. If you have any questions about who is invited, please contact the bride/groom.
We recommend that all parties stay within the Waikiki area, but it is up to you on where you would like to stay. A bus will be picking up guests at pick up locations within Waikiki to bring everyone to the venue location. If you stay outside of the Waikiki area, you will need to coordinate your own travel to the pick up location. Outside hired transportation (Uber/Lyft/taxi/private driver) is not permitted at the venue. The venue is located about 40 minutes from Waikiki.
