We respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception, outside of our flower girls and ring bearer.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Come ready to celebrate in your best semi-formal attire! The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, so bring a coat.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance. You will be asked for allergies and dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at the venue. Cars can be left over night but must be picked up by 11 AM the next day.

When will the shuttle be picking guests up from the Canopy Grand Rapids hotel?

Answer

We will have 2 coach buses departing the Canopy at 4:30 PM. If the second coach is empty at 4:30, it will wait another 5-10 minutes. If you are checking into the Canopy on Saturday and want to take the shuttle, please inquire with the hotel about early check in or plan to be parked and ready to check into the hotel promptly at 4:00.

When will the shuttle take guests back to the Canopy Grand Rapids hotel?

Answer

We will have 2 coach buses alternating runs back the the Canopy hotel starting at 9 PM. The reception ends at 11:30 and the last bus will be at 11:45 PM.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue and the lot is secluded far from the main street. Cars must be picked up by 12:00 pm the next day.
