About Us
Our story is simple and beautiful.
We were introduced by friends and family. Our first date Justin ended the night with a kiss on the cheek. Lauren drove home to Southern Pines smiling the whole way.
We went on a few more dates, then Justin asked Lauren on their first vacation. We went to Boone and spent a perfect weekend together. After that, Lauren knew HE’S IT!
Leo: Justin figured out dating Lauren, that Leo was part of the deal. We spent our free time on the boat fishing. Leo loved fishing with Justin. We lost him on a trip to Boone, pretty unexpectedly. Our hearts were empty and we wanted our new kitty Myers (named after our favorite beach) to have a friend. Lauren’s dad and stepmom found Louie Boone and surprised them with him.
To the engagement:
On our way back from a vacation in The Keys, Justin asked Lauren to marry him in front of the beautiful lighthouse in Key Biscayne. He definitely surprised her!!
Today, you can find us spending time with our fur kids Myers and Louie B!
