J.R. and Lauren became acquainted to one another through their amazing church, The Point. Then, out of the clear blue, Lauren asked J.R. to coffee to run a business idea by him as part of an Entrepreneurship class she was taking in Business school. Little did Lauren know, they scheduled the coffee meetup on a very special day to J.R. - February 22 (2/22). After Lauren pitched her concept to J.R. (which, by the way, he didn't think would do well...), J.R. invited Lauren to a Billy Strings show that he was attending that night. While Lauren at first declined as she had class until late in the evening, she reached back out to J.R. later in the day accepting his invitation. They had an amazing time at the show, and immediately bonded over their shared love of music. It was history after that. God's plan was in the making.
