Visit this shop in downtown Waynesville to pickup some games to play, a puzzle to complete, or book to read during your stay. We recommend Phase 10 or Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza!

Kandi's is a great bakery in downtown Waynesville. Definitely get there early if you want to have a large selection to choose from!

We love this spot for Italian food, wine, and an overall great atmosphere. Josh's favorite is the Veal Primavera and Lauren's favorite is the Penne Vodka!

Blue Rooster is a great option for Southern favorites including fried chicken and shrimp and grits!
Skinny Dip Falls Trailhead
We did this hike on our first trip to Waynesville and it was very memorable... most likely because Josh lost a hiking boot!
Biltmore
The Biltmore property is enormous and has plenty to offer including tours, multiple dining options, a winery, and more!
Grand Bohemian Hotel Asheville
We love stopping at this hotel in Biltmore Village for a dirty martini and the ambiance!
Asheville Bee Charmer
Don't miss out on picking up some local Sourwood honey from Asheville Bee Charmer. There's a honey tasting bar and plenty of TSA friendly options to take home to enjoy! We also recommend picking up some ghost pepper honey to put on pizza... you'll thank us later.
Grove Arcade
This is a must do in Asheville! We love stopping to smell the fragrances at Serenity + Scott (our faves are the Milliner and Garden Party), grabbing beignets at Bebettes, and stopping for some champagne at Battery Park Champagne Bar!
Green Man Brewery
Green Man is an IPA lover's dream. We love the vibe of this brewery!
Wicked Weed Brewing Pub
Wicked Weed has a wide variety of beers to try including some very unique sours if you want to take a walk on the wild side!
Bhramari Brewing Company
Bhramari is probably our favorite brewery in Asheville that we've tried so far. The atmosphere is awesome and the beers are on point!

We love watching the glass blowers create one-of-a-kind pieces at this shop!

Everything on the menu is delicious, but must orders include the siu mai and beef pho! This spot is close to the Asheville airport if you're traveling by plane.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
This taproom is like the Disneyland of breweries. Come for the beer and stay for the amazing food and atmosphere, too! Sierra Nevada is only a 5 minute drive from the Asheville airport if you are traveling by plane.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
This national park is only 35 minutes from Waynesville and offers amazing overlooks, wildlife sightings, and hiking trails.
Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort
This is the closest casino to Waynesville if you're feelin' lucky!
Dollywood
Dollywood is about a 1.5 hour car ride from Waynesville and is worth the drive! The park has a bald eagle sanctuary, famous cinnamon bread, and lots of fun roller coasters. Lightning Rod is our favorite!
