It just so happened that my soulmate and my best friend ended up in the same workstation as me my first year. We were in Banquets which required us to wear a tie. We were in orientation and I had no idea how to tie my black tie. I flew into panic mode when we were instructed to put on our coats and ties and I didn't know how to do mine. After struggling for a minute trying to figure it out, Josh came over from across the table to rescue me. From then on, my best friend was good friends with him because she had a lot of classes with him and gradually we all started hanging out outside of work and class.
