We have a room block reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Melville for October 16, 2025 through October 18, 2025. The block allows you to book for Thursday and Friday night, or just Friday night. Be sure to edit the dates of your stay according to your travel plans! There will be transportation provided to and from this hotel and the venue. Once you decide if you are staying at the hotel, we ask that you book your room ASAP as we have a limited amount of rooms blocked and can only add more rooms based on hotel availability. The latest date to book through the hotel block is September 16th.
Flight
NYC Airports (LGA and JFK)
Both JFK and LaGuardia are an equal distance from the venue & hotel. We HIGHLY recommend avoiding flights that land during rush hour, as it will increase your travel time and increase the cost of transportation. If you are traveling from JFK/LGA to the venue, rush hour traffic will have the worst impact between 2:30-7 PM. There should be no issues with traffic over the weekend.

Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP)
ISP airport is another good option for traveling to Long Island. It a little closer to the venue and Uber prices are typically lower in this area than from the NYC airports.
