Breweries

Breweries

Bog Brewing: Bog brewing probably has Lauren’s favorite beers in St. Augustine. They are different and delicious. Recently, they had a smoky spicy beer.. delicious. Ancient City: Ancient City is a staple in the town of St. Augustine, and is located right next to the wedding venue! Dog Rose Brewing: Dog Rose has a great atmosphere for beer tasting and games. Check out their table shuffle boards. Old Coast Ales: Old Coast is on the Anastasia Island side of St Augustine and definitely worth checking out. There is also a Mellow Mushroom right down the road. Yum.

Castillo de San Marcos

Castillo de San Marcos

1 S Castillo Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32084
, (904) 829-6506

If you haven’t been to the fort, you have to go. It is a huge part of Florida history, and is fun to explore! Beware, it can get rather toasty in there if it’s a warm day. We like to take a run along the water around the fort sometimes for some great scenery.

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

Spanish Military Hospital Museum

Lauren is a medicine buff, so naturally this is on the things to do list. Learning about the barbaric way anesthesia and medicine was used back in the day is incredibly fascinating for those interested in medicine.
