When is the deadline to book a room under the hotel block?

Please let us know your plans and have your room booked by October 10th 2026. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Our wedding will be adults only, but the resort is family friendly! Childcare is offered through the hotel and can be coordinated directly with the hotel as needed.

Can I still come if I don't stay at the wedding hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately no - you must be a guest of the resort to gain access to the wedding events.

Can I stay for just one night?

Answer

As part of our room block, a minimum of 3 nights is required.

Can I stay longer or upgrade my room?

Answer

Yes! The room block rates can be extended for 3 days before and/or after the event and upgrades can be requested. To extend your hotel reservation outside of the room block window, or upgrade your room please email our wedding planner Elizabeth at travelbycasabohem@gmail.com. Please include "Lauren & Joey" in the subject line and include your reservation number.

Is the hotel all inclusive?

Answer

No, but breakfast is included in the room rate! There is an all inclusive add-on available, but with all the wedding events you won't need it!

Can I book the hotel directly, with points or through my credit card?

Answer

We kindly asks all guests to book their hotel stay exclusively through the hotel booking link. Due to hotel policy, wedding guests must make their reservations via our room block in order to attend the events.

Can I take an uber to and from the airport?

Answer

Ubers are unavailable for pick up at the airport due to local laws. We do not recommend ubers in Riviera Maya due to the distance from the airport and infrequent availability. Please see the travel page for a discounted rate for airport transfers.
