How do I get to the Lake Wilderness Lodge?
Answer
Lake Wilderness Lodge is 20 miles SE of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. We have two school busses that can take guests to and from The Hampton Inn & Suites to the Lake Wilderness Lodge. BUsses will be departing from Hampton Inn at 3:30 pm (Hard time). Guests who have a reserved seat have been emailed with bus details. If you did not receive an email but want to take the bus, please email Jeff or Lauren as bus seats are limited!

When does the ceremony start?
Answer
4:30 pm. If taking one of the provided busses, the departure time from the Hampton Inn will be at 3:30 pm.

Will it rain?
Answer
Maybe! But also maybe not! If there is not heavy rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held inside the Lodge.

Do I need to have the COVID-19 vaccine to attend?
Answer
Yes, we are still in the middle of a pandemic and all guests age 12 and up must be fully vaccinated 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Masks are not required for vaccinated guests. If you're feeling sick, we love you but please stay home =]

Yes, there is plenty of free parking!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Yes, we will be providing two school busses to take guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites to the Lake Wilderness Lodge and back at the end of the night. From Hampton Inn and Suites Renton 3:15-3:30 pm Loading busses (2) 3:30 pm Busses departing from Hampton Inn & Suites 4-4:15 pm Arriving at Lake Wilderness Lodge wedding venue From the Lake Wilderness Lodge 11:15-11:30 pm Loading busses (2) 11:30 pm Departing Lake Wilderness Lodge to Hampton Inn & Suites 12-12:15 am Arriving back at the Hampton Inn &Suites

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is semi-formal or dressy casual. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. It gets cooler at night, so you may want to bring a jacket. In Seattle, an umbrella is always a good idea.
