What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:45 pm and 5:00 pm EST. This will give you time to get settled, find parking, and be ready for the night to begin.

Will there be any Transportation for out of Town guests?

Answer

Yes! If you stay at the Holiday Inn in Swedesboro, NJ we will provide a shuttle to take you to and from the Reception! Once you book your room please let us know so we can add you to the list! If you are not on that list we cannot guarantee a spot on the shuttle!

Is the event Kid Friendly?

Answer

Due to budget, space, and limitations, we hope you understand that we are unable to extend the invitation to children. We love your little ones, but we hope you can join us for a special evening for just adults.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

We decided to have our one and only ceremony with an intimate group in Jamaica weeks prior to this celebration. This night is about having fun and celebrating with those closest to us. So we will not be redoing our ceremony.

What is the Attire?

Answer

Business Casual! We hate nothing more then getting decked to the gills for events so we aren't forcing anyone else to either! Jeans and a nice polo or button down for men and cocktail dresses or nice pants outfits for our ladies. Please note, we will be in an enclosed tent with heaters weather permitting. The ground will be mostly grass besides the dance floor so please be mindful when choosing shoes. Some activities will be outside of the tent weather permitting. With weather in November being so unpredictable we recommend bringing a light coat if chilly day of.

Whats for Dinner?

Answer

We've kept it fun! We chose a food truck that we both LOVE and hope everyone else enjoys as well! We will have that available throughout the night so everyone can graze and eat whenever they would like!

Is it Open Bar?

Answer

Of Course!! We have certified bartenders on staff for the whole evening! We will have signature drinks as well as a selection of beers, wines, and spirits to fit everyone's taste buds! We do ask that no one bring any outside alcohol to this event please. We are carrying insurance that covers our selection and bartenders only. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "Your Name? & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

What if I RSVP Not coming, but change my mind?

Answer

I'm sorry, as much as we would love to have you, we have to give the caterer a final head count 30 days before as well as have the seating chart completed. We cannot accommodate any last minute add on numbers.
