Question

What is the wedding guest attire?

Answer

Cocktail. Women can opt for a floor-length dress, tea-length dress, knee-length dress, midi dress, jumpsuit, pants suit, etc. Men can opt for a suit and tie or dress pants and button down shirt. If you would like to bring a change of clothes for drinks and dancing, please do.

Question

Are there any colors you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

You are welcome to wear any color that suits you best. Except white...obviously!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in a shaded outdoor garden, with an outdoor cocktail hour, and an indoor reception to follow. Mid November temperatures in Florida average in the low 80s during the day and in the 60s at night.

Question

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive with enough time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through the website (preferred), or you can utilize the RSVP card included in your wedding invitation.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 16th, 2023.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If your wedding invitation does not list a plus one, please reach out to one of us to confirm before inviting a plus one to join you.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Your wedding invitation will list all persons invited to the wedding, including children. Adult children (over 18 years of age) will have received their own invitation. If you would like to bring a child who is not listed on the invitation, please reach out to one of us to confirm.

Question

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get a discounted price for hotels in the area. If you would like to book a hotel, Riverview and Brandon are closest to the venue. We have included several hotel options on our wedding website based on the venue's recommendations. Lithia, FL is a small town and Airbnb/VRBO options are available closer to the venue and may be lower in cost than the hotel rates.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available onsite.

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. A cocktail hour will be provided between the ceremony and reception while the bride, groom, wedding party, and families take photos.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

This is Jimbob Hosier's wedding...yes, there will be an open bar! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you.
