Our hotel block is available for the nights of Thursday, October 2nd and Friday, October 3rd. Please use the link below to reserve your room. The site defaults to only showing rooms for Thursday night before the wedding, please make sure to verify that you are booking your room for the correct nights only. On mobile, the option to change dates is hidden by the "edit" button in the top right corner. If you have any issues or are unable to book through the link, please reach out to us so we can get this fixed.
Travel Note
If you plan on staying at Hotel Covington, they offers guests a complimentary shuttle service from CVG to the hotel! Guests should call (859) 905-6600, press option 0 for the front desk, and they can schedule their pickup. This can be done in advance and is free of charge. The shuttle runs from 8am-8pm. The driver will reach out to coordinate pickup location at the airport.
