Can I add or remove transporation after booking?

Answer

Yes! Paradise Weddings will also send reminders to guests who have not booked transportation.

Question

Once I book am I able to change the dates I want to go?

Answer

Yes, you can make changes up until December 22, 2026. After that it is up to the hotels discretion.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Answer

Yes, before December 22, 2026. Review the cancellation policy below: - From the time of booking to December 22, 2026 deposits are refundable - From December 22, 2026 to March 18th, 2027: deposits are non-refundable. Resort charge fees for reducing number of nights or guests. - From March 19th, 2027 to Travel date: room cancelations are non-refundable.

Can I add more days once I book?

Answer

Yes! You can make changes before December 22, 2026. After that date we have to request any changes from the resort.

Can I add more or less people to my room after I booked?

Answer

Yes! As long as it is before December 22, 2026.

What documents do I need to get into Cancun?

Answer

I have never traveled to another country, what do I do?

Answer

When you get to Cancun, you will show your passport either to a person or now most things are scanning. Then you will collect your bags and move through customs. Bag inspections are all random. Then you will continue through the airport to transportation

Can I book outside the room block?

Answer

Ideally, we would love for you to book within the block. If you find a cheaper rate, let me or the coordinator know because they can work with the hotel.

What happens if there are no rooms available in the room block?

Let me know! I can get more rooms and will be updating this biweekly.

What if I want to book a different room you do not have available?

Answer

Let me know or the coordinator know because we may be able to request that room for you! Same goes for if we run out of a style, we can request more.

When should I RSVP by?

Soon as you know! BUT, don’t RSVP till you book your room please! Latest RSVP by December 30th, 2026.

Do we need to stay at the hotel?

Yes, in order to attend the wedding guests have to stay on the resort.

We are still working this out! Bring fun colors and lots of blue and green! Bring neon clothes for a neon night at the resort.

What if I find a cheaper price than your room block?

Reach out to our wedding coordinator and she can work with the hotel to get a price match.

Is food and drinks included in the hotel cost?

Yes! Hyatt Ziva Cancun is an all inclusive resort.
