Resort charge fees for reducing number of nights or guests. - From March 19th, 2027 to Travel date: room cancelations are non-refundable.

When you get to Cancun, you will show your passport either to a person or now most things are scanning. Then you will collect your bags and move through customs. Bag inspections are all random. Then you will continue through the airport to transportation
