We have a handful of rooms blocked to the public for our guests, but to receive this rate, booking must be done prior to Wednesday, September 10, 2025. This hotel is also within 400ft of and kitty-corner to The Ruins. We do not have a room block or special rates here, though.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma Downtown, an IHG Hotel
If you are looking to stay closer to Tacoma, my family suggests this hotel for a central, clean, and reasonably-priced stay. We have all stayed here many times before while traveling from the Tri-Cities and it is a solid spot right next to I5 and Highway 16, across from the University of Washington - Tacoma campus.

The INN at Gig Harbor
This is another hotel staple for my family. Prices are reasonable, its clean and quiet, and located just over the bridge into Gig Harbor. About a fifteen minute drive from our home.
