When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure to RSVP by April 18th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy and semi-formal, black tie optional. The wedding colors are blue and green, so we kindly recommend wearing attire that is either blue (preferable of course -L) or muted shades of green. Men are more than welcome to wear a classic black or dark blue suit.

Can I request songs?

If you want to request a song, please follow the instructions below. 1) Go to this link: https://www.gigbuilder.com//cal/or/onlythebestsound.nsf/guestlogin.html 2) Change the date to 05/18/2024 3) Enter "svec2024" as the event code 4) Request as many songs as you want

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free and available. It's located right next to the Marina Park Pavilion, which is about a 5-minute walk from the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Kids of those invited are absolutely welcome!

Can I bring a plus 1?

If you'd like to bring a plus 1, or someone else who is not listed on your RSVP, please contact Lauren or Jachym.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

As dinner will be served as part of the reception, contact Lauren or Jachym in advance with any severe food concerns or questions.
