Welcome Picnic

Join us for a summer picnic at Tuscarora Park! We'll have lunch, drinks, and games to play to celebrate with anyone who will be in town the day before the wedding! There are walking paths to stretch you legs and some playgrounds for the kids to play on!

Shuttle departs from Hotel

3:00 pm

We have booked a shuttle to take guest to the venue from the Hampton Inn & Suites Leesburg. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3pm and will leave the venue at 10 PM after the reception with an estimated arrival time back at the hotel at 11PM. Feel free to use the shuttle even if you are not staying at the hotel, but please indicate if you are planning on taking the shuttle on your RSVP!

Garden party! Our ceremony and reception with both be outside on the grass so heels are not recommended. The weather will likely be warm so please wear something you'll be comfortable in!

Please plan on arriving between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm to find your seat! We will be starting promptly at 4pm! If you will be using the provided transportation the shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 3pm. Please see the travel page for the hotel details.
