Swallow Creek Ranch is about 207 miles from LA (around 3.5 hours without traffic), but it almost always takes longer—especially if you hit traffic or make a few scenic stops along the way. Give yourself some extra time and enjoy the drive!
We highly recommend booking a hotel for the evening of the wedding if you are traveling from out of town. Furthermore, booking a hotel for the night before as well would ensure a leisurely trip up the coast and a stress-free day of the wedding. We have many recommendations for things to do and travel on the corresponding pages of our website so you can make a weekend of it and enjoy!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival to the venue, guests will take a complimentary shuttle to the ceremony site, so please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:00 PM to allow enough time to park and catch a shuttle.
Parking is a bit limited, so if you can, team up with friends and carpool to the venue! We also recommend having a designated driver. ***Just a heads up—Uber and other rideshares can be tricky out here due to the remote location and spotty service. We’ll have a small shuttle with limited seating from Cayucos available. Please coordinate with us ahead of time if you are interested (more details coming soon).*** PLEASE NOTE: This is different from the shuttle running between the ceremony and reception.
