FAQs

Question

First time attending a full Catholic mass?

Answer

We are celebrating our marriage with a full Catholic Nuptial Mass. If you’ve never attended a Catholic service before, we’re so honored you’ll be there! The mass starts promptly at 2pm. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to be seated. The entire ceremony will last about one hour.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at both venues. At the Arts District Mansion, complimentary valet service is available and encouraged. Please enter via Olive Street and drop off your vehicle at the roundabout located on the side of the mansion. If you prefer to self-park, a parking garage is available just past the roundabout on Olive Street and it is attached to the venue.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones! Children included in the invitation will be listed by name, but if you need to bring your kiddos, please just note it on your RSVP card and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus-ones have been extended to guests whose invitations are addressed accordingly. If your invitation includes a guest’s name, we look forward to celebrating with both of you!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you remain unplugged during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture everything — we promise to share!

Question

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

10-15 minutes.

Question

What time does cocktail hour start after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour begins at 3:30PM. We suggest going directly from the Church to the Arts District Mansion.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Do you have a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love for our guests to embrace the elegance of traditional black tie attire, with a colorful, vibrant twist. Floor-length gowns and tuxedos or black suits are required for the evening. While classic black tie is the standard, we encourage guests to have fun with color, florals, and details that feel festive and celebratory. Our ceremony will take place in a Catholic Church. We kindly ask guests to choose attire that is respectful of the sacred setting (for example, dresses with appropriate length and coverage). We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness in helping us honor the space.
