When should I RSVP by?

We request you RSVP by the latest May 3rd. Thanks! If you are unable to find/access your invitation and RSVP please text (423)544-8247 with your full name and the issue you are having.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated in your invitation. For example your envelope with list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people/ names you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm on Saturday, June 7. We recommend guests arrive between 5:00 and 5:15 so that there is time to park and find a seat. When you arrive at the venue there will be signs leading you to parking on site and golf cart services available to shuttle back to the venue. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If this happens, you will still be able to attend the reception!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! there will be signs that direct to the parking lot. Please follow these signs and golf cart services will be available to take you to the venue.

Is there a hotel to book at?
Answer
You can stay at any hotel of your choosing, Airbnb has wonderful choices by the lake in the Guntersville area. Hampton Inn Guntersville is only a 15-minute drive from the venue.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
This venue allows only beer and wine which will be provided to guests at an open bar. No outside alcohol will be allowed.

How will seating work?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be open-seating. Feel free to take a seat wherever!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
