Where are the reception and ceremony taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the same place in an indoor ballroom at the Kimpton Pittman Hotel in downtown Dallas.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5pm and we recommend arriving around 4:30pm to allow time for valet parking and finding your set in the ballroom.

Answer
Choice of: Blackened Redfish with a piquillo vinaigrette, grilled mini sweet pepper garnish Braised Short Rib with pecan salsa verde, grilled mini sweet pepper garnish All meals served with: First course- Baby garden lettuce salad, julienne carrots, cherry tomatoes served with a champagne vinaigrette; dinner roll Main course sides- Buttermilk mashed potatoes and haricot vert (green beans) Third course- Chocolate Mousse, fresh berries Coffee to follow

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Please be aware that the hotel has valet parking and if you choose to park nearby, please accommodate additional time to make your way to the venue. There is also a DART train station nearby if you choose to use public transportation.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi / long dress or dressy separates. We can't wait to see everyone dressed up and having fun!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you be fully present in the moment with us and put your phones away and on silent for the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. There will also be a photo booth and video message booth at the Reception.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Since we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Answer
We are most excited for your presence at the wedding. If you wish to gift us something, we are registered through Zola and Amazon, both linked on our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a room block reserved at the venue (Kimpton Pittman Hotel) or there are a variety of great hotels in the downtown area. Please note that the Pittman hotel's pricing varies based on when you're booking so the regular rate may be cheaper than the room block rate. Please book whichever works best for you!

What are my meal options at the reception?

We have not finalized the menu yet but have narrowed down options to a choice of beef or fish. We’ll add details once we know more!
