Picture it, Clark HS, 2008....3rd period orchestra. I had always wanted to play in an orchestra and got my chance as last chair in the entry level class, it was here that I happened to meet Lauren. This was the only class we could have possibly met, she was a sophomore and I was a Freshmen....coincidence?......sure..... We started dating the summer of 2009 and continued all through out our high school years. Our crazy relationship was in for a change in 2012 when I got accepted to the University of Dallas and Lauren was studying at UTSA. After almost 5 years of enduring a long distance relationship, she made the move to Dallas so we could continue to be together. It hasn't been easy to be away from our families, but Dallas has been our home away from home since we had each other. We have made some of the most genuine and loving friends in Dallas giving way to our Dallas family! On the evening of New Year's Eve 2017, I proposed (butchered that speech too) to Lauren Elaine Gonzalez and she made me the happiest man in the world when she said "Yes!". Our story is surrounded by mishaps and Murphy's Law defiantly reigns :) From losing some sentimental jewelry to the world shutting down from the Pandemic and killing our 2020 wedding plans. Its the crazy for us, that's why we love our relationship! Facing job mishaps, uncertainty, and loss, I'm happy to have a partner in life and love, knowing that we make each other better. No one knows how long we have with our family and friends, that's why it is so important to enjoy the time we do have! We want to thank everyone who is able to join us in our celebration and in making November 13th, 2021 so special to us!
