Guests booking a hotel room for the wedding, will call the hotel directly (704) 743-1080) and state that they are part of the Mauerman-Hollar wedding. Use code MHW when booking. Guests will be shuttled to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. Breakfast will also be complimentary each morning for guests staying at the hotel. Unfortunately early check in for guests arriving on Saturday is not guaranteed. The hotel is only able to check guests in early if there are rooms available. We suggest that you arrive to the hotel ready, leave your luggage in the car and check in after you return from the venue. You will be able to use the hotel bathroom to change or touch up before getting on the shuttle if necessary!

Shuttle will leave from the Holiday Inn Express at 4:15PM for guests to arrive at the venue by 5:00. The first shuttle back to the hotel after the wedding will be at 9:00PM. The final shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00. If you are not staying at the hotel, you ARE still able to use the shuttle service. If you plan on Ubering to/from the wedding, we suggest you order the Uber to the hotel listed above then take the provided shuttle to the venue. Given the remote location of the venue, we predict it will be difficult getting an Uber home when the wedding ends.
