Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Lauren Miller and Ethan Ryan
Missoula is one of the most magical places on earth. We are surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes but also enjoy the amenities of the second largest city in the state! Check out this link (http://destinationmissoula.org/) and a few of our favorite things below!
Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park

MT

A 2.5 hour drive from Missoula. Epic landscapes full of waterfalls, wildlife, and the freshest air around. There are activities for everyone whether you want a short day hike, a long day or multiple days in the back country, or a relaxing scenic drive.

Beer, Liquor, Bars, and Beer

Beer, Liquor, Bars, and Beer

Missoula, MT 59801

We have over 10 breweries in town, a cider house, three distilleries, and a great pub scene. Check out a few of our favorites such as Imagine Nation Brewery, Montgomery Distillery, The Dram Shop, Kettlehouse Brewing Company, and The Top Hat.

Fishing

Fishing

Missoula, MT 59801

People refer to our city as a Fly Fishing Mecca of the United States. Ever read the book by Norman Maclean or watch a River Runs Through It with young Bradley Pit? That was based right here in Missoula. In fact, the house Maclean grew up in is just down the street from us. The Clark Fork, Bitterroot, Blackfoot, Rock Creek, and Fish Creek rivers are all within a 30 mile radius of Missoula. Check out Grizzly Hackle or the Missoulian Angler fly shops to get more information on fishing around here. Also, we have a few fly-fishing guide buddies that would LOVE to book a trip with you during your stay.

Live Music

Live Music

59801

We have a FANTASTIC music scene in Missoula thanks to the wonderful folks at Logjam Presents entertainment company. Check out the website above for live music events at The Top Hat (a small, club-like venue), The Wilma (a renovated historic theater), or the Kettle House Amphitheater (6000 capacity amphitheater with big touring acts like The Flaming Lips).

The Farmers Market

The Farmers Market

59801

Every Saturday in May through October, downtown Missoula hosts a huge farmers market. Food trucks, music, produce stands, butcher stands, crafts, etc. can all be found at this wonderful event. We go every week and is one of our oldest traditions.
