Navigating The Park

Letchworth State park is expansive! The road from Start to finish is about 20 miles long with offshoots, overlooks, waterfalls, playgrounds, and hiking along the way. There are 4 main Entrances: Mount Morris: Dam Overlook Perry: Halfway point of the park Castile: Lower Falls, Visitor Center Portageville: Upper & Middle Falls, Glen Iris Inn We highly recommend planning your route ahead of time! The park has extremely limited cell service and can be difficult to navigate (especially at night). If you are coming the morning of the ceremony, please give yourself enough time to find your way as it can be easy to get lost! Attire: Suits and Semi-Formal Dresses (Festive)

For the ceremony and following events, we ask that guests wear Semi-Formal Festive Attire. This means colorful/unique suits and dresses! Shuttle Service

Answer

Shuttle Services to the ceremony and following the reception will be provided to destinations throughout the park, as well as to the Country Inn and Suites. Upon RSVP, please let us know where you will be staying so that we can plan the shuttle accordingly.

Park Entrance Fee

Answer

With your invitation you will receive a park pass for the day of the wedding only. If you plan on entering the park on September 5th, or re-entering on the 7th there will be a $10 entrance fee for the day at the gate. Please keep track of your pass as we cannot replace them.

There is extremely limited cell service throughout most of the park! Please plan accordingly.

Please No Pets

Answer

Although pets are allowed in areas throughout the park we are asking that pets are not brought to any of the wedding events due to allergies and in the name of avoiding chaos. Pets are not supposed to be left unattended at anytime, anywhere on park property so we HIGHLY suggest leaving them at home (much to Scout's dismay).

Plus Ones

In hopes of being surrounded by our closest friends and family, we ask that you only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation! (Invitations will be sent out in Spring of 2025)

Danger Zones

We are so excited to have the younger members of our families celebrate our special day with us! There are many activities and play areas for children throughout the park (for more info check out the "Things to do" tab). That being said, Letchworth is also full of cliffs and canyons with questionable protective barriers! Please be advised. For further details regarding safety please contact Debbie Mueller.

An ASL interpreter will be present at all wedding events to ensure the inclusion of all our guests! There will be a Vegetarian/Vegan option for dinner. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the following areas: All bathhouses and within 50 feet of any bathhouse All concessions and within 50 feet of any concessions All playgrounds and within 50 feet of any playground All picnic shelters and pavilions and within 50 feet of such structures All campground recreation buildings and within 50 feet of these structures Letchworth Council Grounds Letchworth Nature Center -All areas except the parking lot Inside and on the surrounding property at the Glen Iris Inn If require further accommodations please reach out to the Brides!
