We're asking our guests to wear formal attire! This can mean a mid-length, floor-length, or tea-length dress or a suit.
Yes, there will be transporation provided from the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites to the venue and back. Timing is as follows: Heading to the venue: Home2 Suites - pick up is at 3:20pm. This is the only pick up time from Home2 Suites so if you are staying at this hotel and plan on taking the shuttle, please be there for 3:20. Hilton Garden Inn - first pick up is at 3:30pm. Overflow guests from the Hilton Garden Inn can wait for the second pick up at 4pm. There will be 2 opportunities to take a shuttle from the venue at the end of the night. The first shuttle will leave Lakeview Pavilion at 9:30pm and drop off at both Home2 Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn. The second shuttle will leave Lakeview Pavilion at 10pm and also drop off at both Home2 Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn. In the event that the second shuttle fills up, Uber and Lyft is also available in the area for guests to call a ride back to their hotel .
All are welcome starting at 4pm. Please arrive to Lakeview Pavilion no later than 4:15pm, the ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm.
Yes! There will be plenty of complimentary parking available at Lakeview Pavilion.
All of the wedding events will happen indoors, with the option to go outside on the terrace during cocktail hour if you choose!
