FAQs

Question

Will Lauren take Eoin's last name? Will Eoin take Lauren's? What's going on?

Answer

Absolutely! Lauren is thrilled to be taking Eoin's last name—she’s already practicing her new signature like a pro.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

As we are organising multiple events for our wedding celebrations we ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organise with our vendors. However, the deadline is 1st February 2026. If you have not RSVP'd by this date we will have to count you as a 'no'.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding as initimate as possible, so unfortunately, we can only accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, your invitation will say something like {Your Name} + {Guest}.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our nieces and nephews. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Question

What attire should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie to Cocktail—think elegant and fancy, but not too over-the-top. Ladies, think full length dresses and men think James Bond. Please see the 'Dress Code' tab for inspo, hopefully you'll see how we expect to bring our vision to life! A couple of quick no-gos: no jeans or chinos, please! Also, black is reserved for the bridesmaids (we promise they’ll be stunning). Pro tip: The ceremony might get sunny, so feel free to bring your coolest sunglasses. And if you’re feeling toasty later, ditch the jacket—we want you looking good and feeling comfortable!

Question

When can I check in to the venue?

Answer

As we have exclusivley hired the venue for 2 days, you can check into the venue from 3pm 8th March 2026, ready for the welcome party that will begin at 6:00pm. Check out is at 11am 10th March 2026.

Question

Is seating random?

Answer

For the ceremony, we’re saving the best seats at the front for our VIPs—parents, grandparents, and other extra-special guests. Everyone else, feel free to pick a seat wherever you'd like around those reserved spots! For the reception, we’ve got you covered. We’ll carefully arrange tables so you’ll be sitting with familiar faces. We know weddings can bring together a mix of people who might not know each other, so we’ve taken extra care to make sure even our most introverted guests feel comfortable and at ease. Relax, enjoy, and let us handle the seating logistics!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a great photographer and will absolutley share all those photos with you! You can however take as many photos as you like for the rest of the ce;ebrations, we just ask that you do not share any photos of us (the bride and groom), on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so.

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us, and that’s the only gift we need! That said, if you feel inclined to give something, a contribution toward our future together would be greatly appreciated.
