Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) by the 120-year old Garden Gazebo. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoors in the Mansion itself, with access to the outdoor Gardens, firepit, porch, etc. The Reception will be in the temperature-controlled Pavillion.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 9th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we appreciate your understanding!

What does parking look like?

Answer

Our venue is located in the main streets of Havre de Grace, so there is ample street parking. Parking will be reserved in the small Vandiver parking lot to those who cannot walk long distances.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed within the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are children invited?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is an adult-only event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to give time for parking and finding your seat. The Ceremony will begin no later than 4:00 p.m.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that phones are silenced and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer, and she will be there to capture the moments during the ceremony. But please take lots of pictures/videos once the ceremony is over! (And send them to us!)
