Hudson Yards is one of the newest developments in Chelsea. It also happens to be the area that I (Lauren) first worked at when we moved to New York. This area is near and dear to my heart as it was the first place that I learned my way around. While here, I would check out The Vessel, grab a bite to eat in Little Spain, and take a walk through The Highline.
Very close to the Hudson Yards Area is Chelsea Market. For those from the Seattle area, Chelsea Market reminds me so much of Pike Place Market. While there, I would definitely check out Los Tacos no. 1. There will always be a long line but the tacos are def worth the wait.
For those who have a love of Pizza, Bleeker street is for you. Just one stop off the Path train, this particular area has some of our favorite and famous pizza spots all within a 5-minute walk. Grab a slice from Joe's (cash only) or have a seat at our (and Barstool's) favorite place, John's on Bleeker. This is commonly mistaken with Bleeker Street Pizza which is a great spot but, John's still reigns supreme. This area also has one of our favorite bars, the Duplex.
Bryant Park is located in Midtown which is where Dustin and I both work. Hopefully, in October they will have the Christmas Shops and Ice Skating Rink up (but it may be too soon). Still a great place to check out and it isn't as touristy as Rockefeller Center
