Our wedding ceremony will be INSIDE of Glacier National Park. Specifically the WEST entrance! This is IMPORTANT. You MUST be on the WEST side.

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), located in Kalispell, approximately 11–15 miles (about a 20–30 minute drive) from town (Whitefish, location of reception)

Answer

You can rent a car directly at Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, MT, from major agencies like Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, Alamo, Budget, and Payless. Many counters are located inside the terminal or offer on-site pickup, with additional nearby options in Whitefish. Booking in advance is highly recommended for availability!

This is a small, intimate destination wedding with our closest friends and family. Most of you know each other, so it would be beneficial to reach out to other guests if you want to discuss sharing car rentals or lodging options!

How far is the ceremony from Whitefish?

Answer

Again, Montana is HUGE. Our ceremony spot inside the park will be about a 35-45 minute drive IF you are staying in Whitefish! West Glacier, MT is the closest to the park, but our reception dinner and drinks will be held in Whitefish, so keep that in mind when booking your lodging.

How early should I book?

Answer

I am sending the save the dates as early as I can in hopes that it gives you time to plan accordingly. Watching the prices of plane tickets, car rentals, lodging as early as you can will help you save money. We are locked in with this date and location, so feel free to book as soon as you are willing and able!
