What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The ceremony will be held outside, with gravel walkways and some grass, stilettos not recommended.

How do I get to the Wedding Venue (Hidden Springs Ranch)?

Answer

Hidden Springs Ranch is located in Granby Colorado about 2 hours west of Denver International Airport. Google Maps will take you just pass the entrance to the venue. The entrance to the venue is marked by a large timber gate that says "Hidden Springs Ranch". You will drive up this gravel road to access venue parking. The fastest route and the best option to take via Google Maps is the route that takes you on Hwy 70 W and Hwy 40 W through the town of Winter Park. Please reach out if you have any questions concerning accessing the venue.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Mid-June in the Colorado mountains consists of sunny, mild days and cool evenings, with a chance for rain. We recommend bringing an extra layer, jacket or sweater. The reception will be held outside barring a torrential downpour.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will both take place at Hidden Springs Ranch, in Grandby, Colorado, with just a short walk between the outdoor ceremony location and indoor reception area (with cocktail hour in between).

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Onsite parking is available, additional arrangements TBD.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Sun Outdoors in Grandby, Colorado is approximately 7 minutes away from the wedding venue and provides a variety of available accommodations from tiny homes to two-bedroom villas, covered wagons, airstreams, and campsites. We will be staying here. Additionally there are a variety of affordable AirBnBs in the area as well.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will include light appetizers and drinks.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! Our cater is Wild Horse Catering. They will be providing a BBQ buffet and desserts. We will also have an open bar on-site. Don't forget, alcoholic drinks hit harder "at elevation".

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option, please reach out if you have any additional dietary restrictions.
