Please be assured that your health and safety is our top priority! Along with adhering to the current restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to implement the following additional safety measures at our wedding: - There will be multiple sanitizing stations set up around the venue - All wait staff and bar staff will be wearing masks and gloves - We are asking all guests to get a COVID test for the event
Under the current event restrictions, all guests will be required to wear a mask indoors. While our ceremony and reception are outside, restrooms are inside. We will be providing masks at the venue for your convenience (or, feel free to bring your own if preferred!)
The ceremony and reception will take place under a tent outside. This time of year can get very chilly when the sun goes down. There will be heat lamps and blankets provided. Bringing a light jacket or shawl is highly recommended.
As much as we both love your little ones, we respectfully ask for them to not attend the Ceremony and Reception. If you plan to stay the night at The Woodmark, feel free to bring them, and we can work with the other parents, hotel concierge, or other resources to help you find a sitter.
Please arrive no later than 4:15pm, as we will promptly be starting at 4:30pm. Sunset is early this time of year!
