Transportation from the hotel to the venue will start at 3:45PM. It is 20 minutes round trip. The van will make multiple trips and will end at the venue at 5:45PM. 

Transportation from the venue to the hotel after the reception will start at 10PM. It is 20 minutes round trip. The van will make multiple trips and will end at the hotel at midnight. The reception ends at 11PM.
