Lauren met David on a dating app in 2022. Lauren is a Project Manager at an ecommerce marketing agency. She enjoys reading, board games, anything food related, and travel. In their two years together, David & Lauren have adventured to at least 6 different national and international destinations. They enjoy trying new culinary experiences locally and anywhere they go. Lauren is looking forward to the travels & experiences that married life will bring!

David opened his first conversation to Lauren with a joke about organizing his house for him, and the rest is history. He is a VP of Engineering at a successful startup. David's favorite activities include boating, hiking, board games, and cooking up a mean smash burger. He can't wait to enjoy the next few years with a wife and (hopefully) a puppy in his very well-organized home.

Ellie and David have been friends (or enemies?) since childhood. They have supported each other as roommates, family, and friends through many phases of life. They are bound by their mutual love of horror movies and house projects.

David and his brother Joseph have always been close, especially as the two siblings closest in age. Whether they were out fishing, gaming late into the night, or cooking up something on the smoker, they always find something fun to do together. Growing up they inseparable and still enjoy keeping their childhood traditions alive. Their bond has always been about enjoying the moment and making the most of whatever they're up to.

Aspen and Lauren met in college as co-chairs on the Student Government Board. They have been friends for over 10 years, catching up over dumplings and running off to Disneyland every so often.

David first met his brother-in-law Sam as a teenager and, naturally, was a bit suspicious of him at first—keeping a close eye on the new guy. But eventually Sam won him over, and they ended up more like brothers than in-laws. One of David’s favorite pastimes is forcing Sam to try his baked goods. No matter how much Sam protests, he can never quite escape David's relentless dessert experimentation on him.

Madison and Lauren met in college while studying for their Science degrees (Lauren in Biology, Madison in Nursing). Although they don't live near each other, they still make time to play Harry Potter trivia games and roadtrip to the Oregon Coast whenever possible.

Along with coding, they're always down for a good D&D session where their creativity and fun really shine. Whether it's rolling dice or writing code, they've stayed close ever since.

Sean and Ellie have been an integral part of David and Lauren's relationship since the start, being the first family to meet Lauren when she and David started to get serious. The two couples love to share a good meal, exploring all the new high-end foot spots in Seattle whenever they get the chance. Lauren and David are honored to have Sean officiating the ceremony.
