It's less than 1 week to go and we're so excited! We hope you are too. Here's a few additional updates on timings, things to pack and so on.

Friday

It's time!!!

You can arrive at the main barn area from 5pm. If you are camping, staying in a caravan or pod, feel free to come a bit earlier to set up and go straight into the camping field (there will be signs to show you where to go). Dinner will start being served from 7pm - 8pm and (slight change) it will be either chicken pies or a sweet potato pie for those who are veggie/vegan. For those with any dietary reqs, please tell the caterers your name and they will have a 'special' one for you. Dress code: whatever you are comfortable in! We will be dressing up a bit (but only because we want to - we are the Bride & Groom after all!)

Saturday

The big day!

You know the drill. Those coming for breakfast, tea, coffee and a bacon (or for the veggie/vegans mushroom & caramelised onion) rolls will be served outside the main barn area at 10am. For those with any dietary reqs, please tell the caterers your name and they will have a 'special' one for you. Be ready for 1pm to start taking your seat. Lauren will not be late and will be walking down the aisle at 1.30pm... During the ceremony, please put your phones away and enjoy every second! We have a photographer and videographer who will do the hard work. We want you to sit back and enjoy it with us. (We will share all the content with you). Canapés will be served from 2pm-ish and the wedding breakfast at 4.30pm. So bare this in mind & eat extra before the ceremony if you'll be hungry. (If you have dietary reqs during canapés, just let one of the catering guys know as they have specific ones for you). The paid bar will be open from the start of the wedding breakfast and wine will be on the tables. From this point onwards, you cannot drink any of your own booze (until 1am) as the venue has strict instructions and we'll get told off! The bar takes both cash and card.

Sunday

Let's party! Again!

Come and get some brunch from 10am in the reception barn. (Those with allergies/dietary reqs will have a box with your name on it). After breakfast, join us by the pool area for birthday shenanigans and take a dip (and a few alcoholic sips) to rid you of that hangover! The BBQ will be served at 2.30pm. Don't forget to don your best Hawaiian shirt, Miami Vice look or bright colour!

Cards

Thank you!

We wanted to let you know that we will be saving all our wedding cards for when we get home after Japan. A few people have very kindly asked if we would like Japanese Yen. We would of course be very grateful, but let us know if you want us to take your card on honeymoon or open it before we go.... (Maybe write this on the envelope ☺️) Quite a few people have asked for our bank details, so we're dropping them here just in case. (Disclaimer: the most important thing to us is that you are able to celebrate with us on our wedding day.) Name: Lauren Pugh or Daniel Hall Acc. No: 23288298 Sort Code: 090129

Monday

And just like that, it's over...

11am Check out time for the campers We will be leaving at 6am on Monday to go on our honeymoon, so we shall be saying our goodbyes on Sunday night.

Photos/Videos

It wouldn't be a Hall wedding without mentioning photos!

We have 2 requests.... During the ceremony, please put your phones and cameras away and enjoy every second! We have a photographer and videographer who will do the hard work. We want you to sit back and enjoy it with us. (We will share all the content with you). If you see the photographer (Mark) & videographer (Jade) please smile, show them your cheesiest grin, dance and be merry! This is the stuff we want to look back on! Across the whole weekend if you take any photos or videos (ahem except during the ceremony), we have an App (POV), which is a digital disposable camera, where you can upload up to 25 photos each across the whole weekend - please snap and share! You'll find QR codes at the venue! All photos will reveal themselves on Monday 4th September 😳💃 #beerfear

Campers

Additional info

If you are arriving on the Friday, you can arrive before 5pm to set up and get ready. There will be signs into the camping field so head straight in there. If you are coming on the Saturday - arrive at whatever time you like to set up and get ready. Those who have a 'pod' your name will be on the door. These have double beds and you need to bring bedding (duvet, sheet, pillows etc.). Plus towels for washing/swimming. There is a battery pack in the pod to charge phones and a lamp. Motorhomes will be next to the electric hook ups (there are 3 caravans in total so you can spread yourselves out across the 6 hookups). Tents - pitch anywhere you like! The shepherds hut in the field is your bathroom (separate toilet and shower) and electric station. It has a full length mirror and sockets. There's also another bathroom by the main house (it will be signposted) which has a shower and toilet in it. See you soon you lovely lot!
