We love Crescent Park, which runs alongside the Marigny and Bywater. Enter via stairs at N Peters St. and Marigny St or the bridge at Piety and Charters. It's a close walk from the hotel on Elysian Fields! Audubon Park (uptown) and City Park (midcity) are also favorites of ours!
Stroll magazine street! We go for walks here every weekend. There are tons of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. And enjoy a drink as you walk! Magazine street runs across uptown, and is also blocks from Lauren and Dane's house. We love the sections between Jackson and Napoleon. On magazine, we frequently visit Stein's (bagels and sandwiches), Molly's Rise & Shine (breakfast), and Trumpet & Drum (coffee).
