We are encouraging guests who want to be in the heart of the action to stay at the AC Hotel. It is just two blocks from the Welcome Party (La Bodega) and walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. It also has a great rooftop bar. The Embassy Suites is great if you want more space with a suite. Their rooftop bar (Soprana) has one of the best views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The DoubleTree, their sister hotel, is also nice, has a rooftop, and is a little less expensive. Both are a five minute drive from the Welcome Party or 15 minute walk. There are also Airbnbs with mountain views that are less than a 15-minute drive to downtown and the wedding. We do not have a room block at the Omni Grove Park Inn but it could be a good option as well. All hotels where we have room blocks are a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue.

Of course! We will have mocktails, non-alcoholic beers, soft drinks, etc. at all of our events.
For the Welcome Party at La Bodega, there is parking available in a garage near the venue. For the wedding, there is paid parking at the Omni Grove Park Inn. We are encouraging guests to use Uber or Lyft to attend the wedding so they can be taken right to the front door and avoid Grove Park Inn’s parking fees.
