Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered at Target. We also have specific funds options that will help go towards house repairs or our honeymoon. Please do not feel obligated to buy us something. Contribute what you wish!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Only the children who are either family or are involved in the wedding party will be allowed to attend. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Semi Formal. The expectation is described as you RSVP for our events.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There will be plenty of parking onsite!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive and find your seats no later than 3:20pm. You may come as early as 3:00pm. We will promptly start at 3:30pm.

Accommodations?
Answer
There is a handicap bathroom and wheelchair accessible elevator onsite. We do encourage comfortable dress shoes for walking from ceremony to reception and dancing. The ceremony is on a cement patio that overlooks the golf course and scenery. The transition will be a walk up some stairs to the indoor and carpeted lobby and bar area for hors d'oeuvres hour. The reception will be located in the dining room next to the lobby and bar.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There is a strong likelihood that there will be HCC members working on their golf swings. That is not in our control as HCC does prioritize their memberships. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
There is a question about allergies as you RSVP for our reception. Please complete the RSVP accordingly.

Bar Rules?
Answer
Yes, we will be having an open bar. No outside drinks are permitted on HCC grounds. You must have your ID present in order to drink, as per the HCC policy. No shots or drinks on the rocks will be served. We want you to have fun, but please be responsible and respectful as you drink. Bartenders will be notified who will be "cut off", but we are hoping it should never have to come to that. You may not use Lauren or Cory for fulfilling drink requests; this also includes members of the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
