To allow plenty of time for parking and navigating the resort, we recommend arriving an hour early. Please be seated no later than 3:45pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm MST.
The valet will direct guests on where to park, or you are welcome to valet your vehicle.
The ceremony is located on the Lakeside Terrace just outside of the Broadmoor Main Building. Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be hosted outside on the terrace, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather.
Should our wedding day be rainy, the ceremony will be moved inside to the Lake Terrace Dining Room. Cocktail hour will be relocated to the Pompeiian Room.
Dinner and dancing will take place in the Main Ballroom located in the Broadmoor Main Building.
If your invite says "and guest", yes! Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
