While we love all the little ones, this will be an adult-only ceremony and reception. Enjoy a parents night out. Children traveling with families are welcome to come to Friday's Welcome Party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the Welcome Party and Wedding Venue: Friday June 5th 5:45pm and 6:45pm Gravity Haus 6:00pm and 7:00pm SpringHill Suites 6:00pm and 6:45pm The Cottages Saturday June 6th 3:15pm Gravity Haus 3:30pm SpringHill Suites

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the venue for both the welcome party and the wedding.

Be Bear Aware

Answer

Don't leave any food or snacks in your rental car, including gum wrappers, dog food, or an empty coffee cup. Our neighborhood bears know how to open car doors. Lock your car door; this is usually the best defense unless there's something so juicy inside; if they can't open the car door with minimum effort, they'll move on to an easier target. Use the bear boxes at your rental home or around town. Don't leave excess trash bags outside for easy access.
