Please arrive at 4:30 in preparation for the ceremony and no later than 4:45 so the ceremony is able to start on time. There will be refreshments available as you walk into the ceremony area as well as a fan placed on each seat. There is no assigned seating for the ceremony so sit where you wish!
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
Feel free to hit up the bar for a glass of wine or a beer while you mingle or check out the fun personal message phone where you can leave a sweet message to the bride and groom!
6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
We are THRILLED to have Tom's Tasty Affairs catering for our wedding. Available is smoked chicken and tri-tip, pasta salad, mac and cheese and a green salad.
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm
Party time! The dance floor will open after a few speeches and our opening dance, stay with us for dancing, laughter and the sweetest end to a perfect day.
9:00 pm - 9:15 pm
And we're off! Help end the night in the most wonderful way as we make our exit surrounded by the people who made this day unforgettable!
