What do I wear?
Answer
Formal Attire in the color black. For men, a black suit or black slacks with a white, grey or black button up. For women, a black dress, suit, or jumpsuit. Typically this would be mid-length to full-length.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we absolutely adore your little ones, due to capacity and certain locations having age limits, we have decided this will be an adults only event. We appreciate your flexibility in advance, and hope the notice provided was substantial to ensure you have childcare. We cannot wait for you to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the weekend with us!

Where can I stay for the weekend?

Thanks for asking! We've booked a hotel block at Twin Mountain Inn & Suites at 3929 South River Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Additionally, there is The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center in Pigeon Forge and while they do not accept hotel blocks, they do offer a Wedding/Special Occassion Rate at the time of booking. You can give them a call at 865-428-2700. Other options are local cabin stays through the websites linked on our Travel Page.

Will we be able to bring our gifts to the site?

Thank you for your gift! We appreciate you not only attending, but for also taking a peek at our registry. We have listed our address on our registry, please send all gifts to our home. For cards, we will have a card box where you can leave your kind words and well wishes.

Where can I fly in?
Answer
Wonderful question! Sevierville is located just outside of Knoxville, TN and is roughly a 3.5 hour drive from Nashville, TN. We recommend flying into McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville) or Berry Field Nashville Airport, where you can rent a car and drive if this is your preferred method of transportation, as Nashville services a few more airlines than Knoxville.

Shuttle Information Welcome Party

Friday evening, 10/3/25- Welcome Party-transportation to Wildbriar Lodge- Meet at the Food City off 3064 Teaster Ln. in Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Guests need to be there at 6:20. There will be vans with the name Cruze Transportation on them. Please take the shuttle as there is no parking at the Lodge. The shuttle will arrive to party by 7 p.m. Then the guests will be picked up to leave by 9 p.m. and return to Food City.

There are 2 locations for pick starting at 3:30 p.m. Vans will have the name Cruze Transportation on them. For guests staying at the hotel block: Twin Mountain Inn and Suites-3929 South River Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 For guests not staying at hotel block: Food City 3064 Teaster Ln Pigeon Forge TN 37863 Please note: Pickups to start at 3:30p.m. with the last shuttle leaving at 4:20. (Guests, please be there by 3:45p.m. so that we can ensure that everyone is able to take the shuttle.) End of evening: Hotel guests back to hotel: Twin Mountain Inn and Suites-3929 South River Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN For guests not staying in the hotel block: Food City 3064 Teaster Ln Pigeon Forge TN 37863 There will be an earlier shuttle for the guests that want to leave before 10pm.
