Will you have COVID or PPE measures in place?

Answer

Please contact the bride or groom for any special requests. We will not require masks at our wedding unless mandated by Utah state law. If, however, you feel more comfortable with a mask please wear one at your discretion. Finally, we do request out of courtesy to our elderly or at risk guests that if you are not vaccinated or have knowingly come in contact with someone with COVID please get tested 48 hours prior to the wedding. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive about 30 min prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking for guests will be across the street at the fitness center. Direction will be provided by staff at the gate. Any disabled or elderly guests may receive a golf cart ride over to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We also ask that you please plan on an Uber ride. Especially if you plan on enjoying an alcoholic beverage or two at the wedding. The legal limit equates to about 2 drinks in the state of Utah.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is Black Tie Optional Or Evening Attire…Which for men doesn’t mean you need to where a tux. But a suit and tie is requested. Women should wear longer dresses. But be mindful it’s the desert so it will be in the 80s at the beginning of the evening.

Of course. Just give us a heads up! Please RSVP by August 10th.

Please see our schedule! We invite our family and friends to hang with us all weekend long if they so choose.
