Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is black-tie. We also ask that low cut dresses be accompanied with a shawl for the duration of the Mass.

Will the wedding events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our events will take place indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

It is proper etiquette to put all cell phones away, and have them silenced for the duration of the Mass and wedding ceremony. We will have a photographer taking many photos which we will share with all of our guests! Thank you in advance for respecting this request.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be busses running from both hotels to the ceremony and back to the Post Oak after the ceremony; one shuttle 2:15 and another at 2:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church has a parking lot for guests and the hotel will provide complimentary valet. We suggest arriving to the church no later than 2:45 pm.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. We are registered at Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, William Sonoma and Zola. You can also find our registry on the tab labeled "registry" at the top of this website page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block for guests at the Post Oak Hotel and the Marriott West Loop. There are also several wonderful additional hotels in the area.
