WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
Come dressed in your best semi-formal fall attire! Ladies think maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or two-piece sets. A shawl or funky fur coat would be the perfect addition as the evening cools down. You will be walking around the property through grass, gardens and gravel so wear appropriate dress shoes! Guys, think sharp but not black tie. Dress pants or khakis with a button-down shirt, blazer, or sport coat. Carhartts are totally appropriate for all of our Yoopers as the sun goes down and the weather drops. Fall-inspired colors are encouraged - deep greens, burgundy, navy, or gold, and feel free to add seasonal textures such as velvet, silk, or tweed. Closed-toe shoes or dress boots are a great choice for the cooler weather.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE GETTING TO MCKENZIE BRIDGE

McKenzie Bridge is a beautiful spot, but it’s also a very small town with limited shops and grocery stores. If you’d like specific snacks, drinks, or any extras for your room, we recommend stocking up before you make your way into town. Larger stores can be found in Portland, Eugene, Bend, or Sisters - so grab your favorite wine or late night essentials before heading up to your lodge! Rainbow Blue Sky Market is just a quick drive from all accommodations if you need anything while you are in town!

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Oregon weather likes to keep us on our toes! It could be sunny and warm, or it might bring rain - even a chance of snow. We’ll be ready with heaters, tents, and cozy bonfires to keep everyone comfortable.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we ask that our guests do not bring a plus one unless they are named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Answer
A shuttle will be running to and from Horse Creek Lodge and Belknap Hot Springs for anyone who’d like to enjoy cocktails or simply prefers not to drive.

WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors at Loloma Lodge. This is a gorgeous property within a 10 minute drive to all nearby accommodations listed on our website.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Answer
While we absolutely adore all of your fur babies, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for our wedding day. We want everyone - including our four-legged friends- to be comfortable and safe, and the venue isn't equipped to accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding and give your dog some love from us!

We’re excited to share that we have the venue booked for an extra day after the wedding! If you’d like to stick around and explore, we’d love for you to join us for a day of hot springs, hiking, and relaxing together along the beautiful McKenzie River.

If you’re looking for brunch, lunch or just a quick bite while in McKenzie Bridge we recommend checking out Obsidian Grill Restaurant located in the General Store, Takoda’s or the food truck located at Belknap Hot Springs.
