How do I book travel to your wedding?

When is the room block for the wedding held from?
Answer
Various classes of rooms will be available from 4/3/24-4/10/24 through our resort room block.
Question
I can't stay for the entirety of the room block period but still want to attend the wedding. What days should I plan on being at the resort?
Answer
Our wedding will be on Saturday, April 6. We recommend for our guests to stay a minimum of 3 nights, and fly in on Friday, April 5 and fly out on Monday, April 8.

Do I need to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the resort?
Answer
No, we are arranging for airport transfers for all of our guests for both departure and return flights. Once you book your room through Mary Pat, she will ask for your flight information and help to arrange the transfer.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
All single invites have a plus one. If you don't have a plus one you'd like to bring, but are looking to split a room, please reach out to Chris or Lauren directly. They have a number of friends who will be looking for someone to share a room with and would be happy to connect their solo traveller friends.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you are able. A deposit of $250 will be required per room when you initially book. Final room payments are due no later than November 30, 2023.

Do I need travel insurance?
Answer
Although not required, we strongly encourage all of our guests to buy insurance protection for their rooms within the block. If you needed to cancel your trip unexpectedly, travel insurance is the only way to ensure a refund.

Are children allowed at the resort?
Answer
The property is adults only, but does make accommodations for guests that are at least 16 years of age.

What is the attire for your wedding?
Answer
Beach or garden attire: Wear bright colors, large floral patterns, suits in any hue. Please be comfortable in whatever your choose, as the event will be outside. Please, no shorts. Since the event will be on a variety of surfaces (sand, grass) wedges or blocky-style heels would be smarter options.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your journey to Mexico and presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. Please do not feel obligated to give a gift. We do have a HoneyFund if you are feeling especially generous.
