What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open a half hour ahead of our ceremony time at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available right next to the venue.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be upstairs on the terrace rooftop. Guests will be seated under an awning during the ceremony. The reception will be indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Yes! We're registered at Target and Crate&Barrel. The full registery is available to view under the Registry section

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. Please book your stay as early as possible to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code G-RATR or mention the Randall & Trefny wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to provide transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency and the wedding venue.

Dress code is Cocktail/Semi-Formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well due to the venue has a limited capacity. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are kids welcome?

We love your children, but this will be an adults only wedding.
