Things To Do
Multnomah Falls
Multnomah Falls is the tallest waterfall in Oregon and has a nice little hike to the top. It is located about 34 miles east of downtown Portland.
Oregon Zoo
The 64-acre Oregon Zoo is a fun adventure for families and kiddos of all ages. There are animal exhibits, a butterfly garden, a train that goes through the park, and there may even be some Portland brews for the adults to enjoy!
Northwest 23rd Avenue
NW 23rd is a fun place to explore! It is full of good shopping, food, and bars.
OMSI
OMSI is a children's museum in Portland. It contains auditoriums, a planetarium, and hands-on exhibits focused on sciences and technology.
Angel's Rest Trailhead
This is one of our family's favorite hikes. It has a beautiful view, but is not too challenging of a hike.
Cannon Beach
If you're up for a bit of a drive Cannon Beach is one of Cameron and I's favorite coastal towns. It is a beautiful beach to walk along, has cute shops, lots of coffee shops, and is home to Pelican brewery.
Sunriver
For our out of town guests if you want to extend your stay in Oregon, Sunriver/Bend is a fun place to vacation. It is in central Oregon. In the summer it is home to lots of activities including: rafting/floating the river, miles of bike trails, golfing, hiking, swimming, and lots of local breweries.
