Is there a rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes! Those with an invitation to the ceremony/reception are also invited to the rehearsal dinner. An Italian Buffet dinner will be held on Friday, June 5th at 6pm on the Lodge Deck of the Wisp Resort. Please be sure to RSVP for this event as well as the Wedding itself on your invitations.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00pm so we can kick things off right on schedule. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm and will be outdoors. So give yourself a little time to settle in and enjoy the view.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is on the grass at the property next door. Signs will be placed to direct you.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Everything, from “I do” to dancing under the stars (well, under a tent under the stars) will take place at the house by the lake.

What should I wear?

Answer

Think boho garden party vibes: flowy, festive, and comfortable. The ceremony is on grass, so feel free to wear flats or choose shoes that won’t sink into the lawn. Layers are encouraged in case the evening gets chilly by the lake. Also, be aware the season may have rain and the ground may be a little muddy.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We love your littles, and there will be space for them to run, play, and enjoy the day. (Just keep an eye on them, especially near the water, please!) WARNING: While children are welcome, the reception will contain alcohol and recreational cannabis.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! Expect a delicious catered meal, sweet treats, and plenty to drink, from bubbly to backyard brews.

Let us know when you RSVP and we’ll do our best to accommodate allergies and special diets.

Will smoking be allowed?

Answer

Maryland legalized cannabis and there will be an area for cannabis use as well as cigarettes/cigars. Please be mindful of your children near this area.
