White Post Farms is the number one attraction for kids and adults. Every weekend starting October 1st, the Milleridge village in Jericho will be hosting a variety of family-friendly activities including a Haunted House, a Spooky Train Ride, inflatable ax throwing, a bounce house, mini-golf, pumpkin decorating, a corn maze, and more! There is no fee to enter the grounds, but some special attractions do require you to purchase a wristband.

I’d recommend taking a day trip out to East Long Island early to apple pick and then reward yourself with a vineyard or two after! It is also perfect for fall weekend getaways. Open and charter boats are available for saltwater fishing. No license or equipment is necessary as the boat staff provides everything you’ll need for a day on the Great South Bay or the Atlantic Ocean.
